1977年愛知県生まれ、新潟県在住、妻と2人暮らし。長岡技術科学大学 大学院修了、工学修士(環境工学)、国際教育分野の企業や公益財団法人で講師・ファシリテーターとしての活動を経て起業。
2005年、代理店方式のMLM企業に初めて参加。ネットワークマーケティングを通じた、自由度の高いライフスタイル、自己成長感、人々とのチームワークから得られる達成感の実現に魅了され、以後継続して同業界でも活動。
代理店権利維持条件が達成できない場合、大量買い込みをして維持しなければならなくなるビジネスモデル、報酬プログラム上、より多くの収入を得るために一人で複数ポジションを購入させるようなリーダーの導き方などの実態を見て疑問視してきた。
やがてMLMで出会った人たちからビジネス上の悩み相談を受けるようになり、悩みの解決に対応することが仕事になる。
社会にインターネットが加速的に普及し始めた頃、インターネットで展開をするビジネスモデルにも興味を持ちマーケティングを学習。
自分の経験から、「インターネットを活用したマーケティングのやり方と、MLMを組み合わせた展開法」が人々が抱える悩みの解決に役立つと感じはじめ、独自の型「オンラインMLM講座」を体系化するに至った。
2019年、オンラインMLMアカデミー(OMA)を設立し、自身も講師として活動中。

She has been fascinated by network lifestyles to achieve a highly flexible lifestyle, personal growth, and a sense of accomplishment gained from teamwork with people, and has continued to work as an internet worker.
On the other hand, I am interested in the internet business and learn marketing using the internet and start another business.
Soon, people who met at MLM began to receive business consultations, and it became their job to respond to their problems.
From my own experience, “the method of marketing using the Internet and the deployment method that combines MLM mechanisms” has begun to be useful for solving the problems that many people have in common, so a simple way to convey We explored and systematize our own type “Online MLM Success Method”.
In 2019, I established “OMA the Online MLM Academy”. I also stand as a facilitator in the lesson.
